About Us
We are a Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia based furniture rental company, founded by three interior designers. Having specialized in design and furnishing of investment properties for over 10 years, we started the furniture rental business in 2016 . Whether you are relocating to Malaysia, looking for short term rentals for projects or simply looking to furnish your investment property, we make it easy for you.
Local Expert
We are the local expert when it comes to furnishing properties. Besides furniture rentals, we are also a full-fledged interior design company with years of experience in furnishing properties and dealing with expatriate clientele. Our furniture style is modern contemporary, but we do understand that not everyone has the same taste. If we don't have the style you like, we would be happy to try source them for you.
WHY RENT, WHY JAS
Renting makes sense for various reasons. You don't pay a huge upfront cost or get tied down by owning the furniture. You also get the option of changing the furniture when you want a change. For investors, you can furnish it and pass the cost to your tenants. We do the heavy lifting and assembly, you chill.

FAQs
Do you get to choose the furniture prior to commitment?
Yes, we will propose a package with pictures for your approval.
Do you rent directly to an individual or only to companies?
We can do it either way, some properties prefer customers to do these agreements directly with us and sometimes is beneficial for individuals to contact their property management and include our rentals in the agreement.
Do you have a minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is a year. We do however have the ability to accommodate special requests, please contact us to review your case.
Do you also rent additional items such as electrical appliances?
Yes, we can customize your package to include that option.
If I stay more permanently can I purchase some or all the items that have been rented from Furniture Rental Service?
Yes, upon expiration of your agreement we will automatically renew your contract on a month to month basis or you can purchase part or all the items from us. Just contact us and we will provide you with the proposal to purchase.
How far will you deliver?
We currently only serve the Klang Valley area.
